Shipping & returns

Pre-orders

AW2026 is sold as a pre-order. Your card is charged when you order, which reserves your size in the production run, and the piece ships in 6–8 weeks. We email tracking the moment it leaves us.

You can change or cancel a pre-order at any point before it ships and we refund it in full — just reply to your confirmation email.

Delivery

Delivery is free on every order. Anything held in stock leaves us within 3–5 business days.

Where we ship

United States only for AW2026. International is planned for the next drop.

Returns

Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Email us and we send a label.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Something wrong

If a piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we make it right at our cost — no return shipping charge.
